Just wanted to know if anyone else lived in the detoit area!???..... We have a pretty bad ass car club goin on. And could always use some members! NO MUSTANGS WILL EVEN BE CONSIDERED IN THE SELECTION!.... because mustangs are GAY! lol.

Umm.... Boost Junkies is a car club for turbo/supercharged cars only. <img src="http://www.clubhonda.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_biggrin.gif" alt="Big Grin" width="15" height="15"><!--graemlin::D--> I'll see what I can do with your "application" though. Basically the club started with 4 guys... ( jeremy, chris, will, and me ). So us 4 kind of decide who is in and who isn't. Although we could use a lot of support from other car clubs and or car enthusiast's! I think i will create a new section for Boost-Junkies called.... supporting members. kind of like a soon to be BOOSTED list of badass cars that are awaiting the thrill of pure BOOST.

Technically the purpose of Boost-Junkies car club was to have a group of hard core guys that work on cars, cruise, go to the drag strip, and talk about how our cars are so cool. hahaha.

Most of the guys in the Club support our habits/ needs/desires by working our asses off and buying our mods and or parts ourselves. P.S.- new cars in the ROCH.... toyota supra TT, stealth TT, OMNI GLH Turbo( my brothers car) and a 95 mitusbishi eclipse GSX ( Moy's car ). All of these cars will be in Boost-Junkies except the kid with the Supra because he is an idiot, and knows nothing about cars at all.... it's gonna be funny when my brothers GLH turbo walks a $21,000 Twinturbo Supra... and my bro paid $3000 dollars for the car... LMFAO...LMFAO...LMFAO!....

JOKE of the month:
What's do 400,500,600,and 700 horsepower Supras have in common?...... "they all have 12 second time slips".... GO OMNI GO!!!

AlSO- The thing about the Mustangs is that i just HATE them.... they are Fords poor ass atempt at trying to go after the famous LS1's( camaro and trans-am).Just like the Lightning's, there power is over rated by people that think they know what a fast car is.... FAST and FORD don't go in the same sentence!....UNLESS you have a 2003 + 390hp COBRA.... your mustang ain't **** dawg!!

Ben's TT Supra (6 speed) is absolutely badass. Its full BPU though so the Omni ain't gonna be able to hang though. I'll be happy if I can even hang but I can't be doing anything to that nature anyway this summer......

I've got mad respect for the fast Mustangs out there, and the potential of a 5.0 is phenomenal. Its the typical kids in their GTs who think they are the fastest thing on the road that piss me off. Only gripe I have about TAs and Camaros is that the interior is IDENTICAL to that of my old Xtreme as well as my family's old Venture mini-van. That and their handling, but they are a straightline monsters, there is no getting around that. And extremely easy to make power out of. I'll go on the records saying I like Mustangs, I liked Ben's Cobra too. And their is no denying that even stock it was fast as ****......it was a C5 eater.

I think you mean... Ben's parents Supra TT is nice!...and as i remember the kid can't drive worth anything-(word on the street)! As for the OMNI... we will see this summer. The OMNI should be around a low 14- high 13 car.... right where most BPU Supras are. Granted that the Supra is a nice car... just the kid that owns it is an *******! And talks way to much smack for his driving ability, or his car's ability. Tim, Ben's Supra's previous owner ran a 12.20 at 118. Sorry but you greatly underestimate BPU Supras, I'll be so damn happy just to hang with his car. Supras can run 13.1s at 109 stock. If I could hang with his Supra I'd be incredibly happy.

and Ben pays 700 a month on the car, and the only word on the street I know of is he's a phenomenal driver. Everything he's ever done in the Cobra I was impressed with. Whatever I guess we'll see this summer, because I know Ben can drive and he'll show whatever non-believers there are. To smoke an auto C5 from a stop, and your race with him too with the Stealth. It was dead even til like 80 when the AWD and weight of your car kicked in and he started to pull. Dude why you got something against him, he helped you put your car back together and drove you around all over the place when your car was down. How can you knock him now. Tim your my bro and thats not gonna change but I don't see where your coming from here. He really helped you out, why you have such negative feelings about him. You know I've been trying to get guys on good terms, but I didn't think you had such harsh feelings about him.

uhhh supra runnin 11's all day at the track last week....Ohh and a ford lightning runnin 12.9 bone stock at the track, uhhhhhh to me thats not over rated. My uncle has one with upgraded pulleys and alot of other upgrades for his s/c and let me tell you, his truck will spank just about everyone he comes in contact with on the road, lol and he's 80 years old! I love it...So i really have to disagree with those statements.

I kinda agree with you bout punk ass rich kids who get handed supras, porsches, beemers, vette's (you name it) to them and talk smack and all that crap. But i have extremly alot of respect for the guy who works his ass of every week buildin up his honda and runs 12's at the track, respect respect, people have it for different people. It boils down in just believing in what you drive and not letting other's(rich lil punks) get to you, you know what i mean.
