I had an earlier post ( I think it is right below this one ) where I introduced my bike. But Last night, I ended up crashing it. While, I actually had to lay it down. I was riding out in the country with some friends. Unsure on how fast I was going since it all happened so fast, but a dumb ass car pulled out righ tin front of me. I had nothing else to do but to lay it down and hope for the best as I slide up to the car. Anyways I know nothing about the bike yet, I am suppose to hear from the insurance if it is repairable or not. I ended up going to the hospital, but nothing major. A few scratches, road rash and a sore ankle, and a sore heart. I just wanted to update you guys.

sucks man , glad your ok though.
insurance totals bikes very quickly, it aint much to fix fairings, if theres frame damage thats another game though.

Ya, I was really upset at the time, but then I realized it could have been a lot worse than it was. Or I could have been injured pretty bad. I am just thnakful for that. Thanks for all the kind words. Of course I am still a bit bummed. I was wearing boots and stuff but no protective Jacket. I have some road rash and scrapes all down my shoulder and arm. I am still trying to recoop from it all.
From what I hear the bike looks like it is going to get totalled. But I might buy it back if I get the chance. I will kepp you updated.

I wasn't wearing my jacket because I was being stupid. It was hot and actually I just took it off about an hour before. I agree that it would have helped a lot.
Thats true, if it does come down to it, I will just get a new bike. But my insurance is going to have to pay for it, so it is likely that my insurance will go up. Which REALLY sucks.
But Thanks FreakTimmah
