the bike itself was 9k, then there's other crap on top of that, but my monthly payments come out good, so it's cool. brand new msrp is 10,500, and down here, since you can ride year round, the dealers don't care, they charge full price.

as for the helmet, it's a good Shoei, I paid like $420 for it, it's sweet, bunch of vents and it's lightweight.
