I gotta boy who just put in a jdm b18c1 in his civic hatch and when he starts it, the idling is really bad and when he tries to rev it, it will bog out. What could be the problem? Maybe a fuel problem??

humm, usually when it boggs when you rev it's a fuel thing. but start to check the basics, timing, spark plugs, and the fuel pressure.

they useally get tossed around and crap like that so we go ahead and check out all that crap soon as we install it and magarty of the time the timming is not right and the plugs need new ones ( we just put new ones in regardless though) and if you didn't check all that crap then thats probolly the probolem. but if that doesen't work fuck it just post it agine and we will figure out something ha :p ha :p ha

check the map sensor and the other sensor right behind it and switch the plugs that might fix your problem

Is the check engine light coming on, and is it throwing any codes? If not, then you may wanna go over all the fuel characteristics. It sounds like a fuel problem to me. Good Luck!
