crazy cops....

my dad and i were cruisen down the interstate in his SHO taurus. we see a crv flying past us, and i tell my dad to catch up to it. he does and i have no clue how fast we are goin, because our speedometer only goes up to 85, but we were hauling. so we pass him, and a second later he flys by us, so my dad punches it and we see a cop, hiding, and my dad hits the breaks. the crv keeps goin, and we were about to laugh our asses off at them, but when the cop turns onto the road, he gets in back of us, but we are only doin 65, he puts on his lights, we were like, "fuck." so my dad pulls over and the cop goes up to the window and says, did you get the license of the van? we said no, and he asked us for license and regestration, and then tells us to have a good day. what the fuck? why didnt he chase the crv? we thought he was gonna bust us, but he didnt, weird, huh?

this crv was really hauling. it had to be over 100mph. it was the only crv i ever seen around here. im glad the cop wasnt a jerk, but it seems like he would have stopped the crv. he probably was late at dunk' dough nutz. :D

You ARE aware that every V6 SHO has a 140mph speedo, and every V8 sHO has a 150mph speedo, dont you???

Police interceptor Taurus' (3.8, non-SHO) have 85 mph speedo's just like regular taurus'. But they are nowhere near as fast as an SHO.
