My 92 Honda Accord LX Vtec vs. Volkswagen Jetta GTI VR6 [Archive]

Two days ago I was on my way home from the lakefront at about 11:25. I was doing about 60 mph when a Volkswagen GTI VR6 speeds pass me and honks his horn and we were approaching a red light so he starts to slow down and i pull in the lane next to him. He honked his horn and rolled down his window and he said "Honda's are slow pieces of shit" and I said how about u race me and see what a real Honda is all about and he started revving his engine, then I started revving mine and he said all Hondas are show and then have no go and then I said we will see the light is about to change so we revved the engines then about 4 seconds later the light changed I dropped the car in drive and took off he was on me by one car and at around 40mph he passed me by half a car I started gaining on him and at around 70 mph i passed him and the lead i had on him was increasing at about 120mph i put on the cautions and slowed down me and him pulled over and had a chat and he was suprised that a Honda beat him and I said u know about the phrase "Don't Mess With Texas" and he said yea then I said just to let u in on a secret "Don't Mess With Vtec" and I said know who has the piece of shit now and he laughed and then he left.

AND TO ALL YOU VOLKSWAGEN OWNERS "DON'T MESS WITH HONDA/ACURA BIATCH"

you cannot get a SC for the f22 b/c it sits so far back in the engine compartment. you can go turbo. i would suggest the FMAX turbo kit. Fmax Turbo (http://www.f-max.com/hondacuraturbosystems.htm)

go turbo. the F-series engines have the perfect compression for FI. but b/c of where they are int he engine bay, they can only handle turbo
