New Lancer Gets Beaten by a Van!

so I borrowed my parents chevy astro mini van, and I'm on the way home and I end up and the light next to a new lancer and he jammin' his system and inching forward.

so I'm even with his rear bumper and I figure if he goes I'll go. well, the light turns green and he punches it and so do I. buy the time we get through the intersection I was passing him, and at 70 I was waaayyy ahead.

his lancer was auto, but still, it's really slooooow. thought he would beat the van at least. it was funny, I was cracking up.

arent the chevy astros 350? because that thing boogies when my dads friend had one. the interior is also huge with captain chairs.

it's an '89 Si, body-wise it's in good shape too, just needs a fender and a hood, but the body is good otherwise.
