Anyone run a new SE-R?

saw a kid in a brand new SE-R on the way to work this morning, he punched it when he went buy me, I would have responded but there was traffic ahead. didn't get the chance to play, just wondering if anyone has run one and if they're fast?

I havent but I wouldnt might running with one. I figure if I can keep up with a Maxima/And beat a Celica GTS (barely), then I might have an okay chance ;)

Yeah, my fiance tried to run one about 2 weeks ago. It's a nice car, but we really didn't get to full out run because of a cop a few cars back. It is a fast car. Not sure if it comes Turbo, but they had it on that one.

Nissan always makes good cars. My dad still drives a 1993 Sentra and its engine is quieter than my 1999 Civic Ex.

Here are the specs on the new SE-R, it has 170 hp but 175 ft-lbs of torque - that torque is impressive IMO. Torque is something that Hondas definitely lack without a turbo.

yeah, they have a good amount of power stock, plus they get the LSD from the factory. they're bigger than the older SE-R's though, so I wonder if they're any faster than the older ones?

i beat a Se-R spec V the other day on arrow highway by about 1 1/2 car lenghts until he just gave up and we both just quit after hitting about 88....

The new nissans are slow so are the rsx's both run the 15's so i dont even play with them...

nice, you all stock? there's a few rsx's around here, but I haven't seen one race another car or gotta a run with one yet.

yeah i saw a stock se-r and stock 99 civic si run, and the se-r only beat it by a 1/2 car length. the weird thing is on gear 5 the se-r got beat. SO i think if you had a gsr, itr, rsxs, you will win. or swapped car.
