I'm bout to have my head port and polished with a 3 angle valve job. I was thinking about porting out my TB and intake mani. But how big should I go?
I also wanted to tell the people on this board thanks for all the help with my turbo install. I got every working perfect and I figured out all my problems I was having.
Are u having it done professionally? I would suggest that. I also have my TB and intake manifold ported and polished along with my head, but I didn't do it myself and I have not been present when it was done so I wouldn't be able to say, but I can ask the guy who did it for me!

I wouldn't worry too much about getting a larger TB since you are already being force fed, there's not much gain to been seen from it. Though a good intake manifold will net some nice gains, you should look into maybe getting a Venom manifold or something along the lines of that.

go with an itr manifold or skunk2. im not sure on prices but if skunk2 is more then get the itr because the plenum and runners are nearly identical in design.

what I would look into would be the head packages from somewhere like www.mmrusa.com (http://www.mmrusa.com) they have a package that ports and polishes the head, intake manifold, and throttle body. this way everything on the way into the motor is match ported, and with boost when you open up the exhaust side you gain some real power.

Well as for buying a intake mani nobody makes one for my car. That is why I'm having a machine shop do the work on it. As for getting the gude head package, I heard from alot of people on a couple of other car forums that they had alot of problems with gude. All they are gonna do is the same machine work I can have done here in florida.
I was just wondering what kind of power I can expect from getting this work done?

i think that last time i checked itr manis were going for like 185. Skunks i believe are 250
