what is the best torch for a head cylinder of a motor D16Z6 v-tech using a mugen gasket cylinder?

I have an civic coupe '95 v-tech, I want an advice for the torch I should use for the head cylinder. Sorry if I'm wrong about the names of the parts of the car but I´m an spanish native speaker, I'm from Panama, Latin America, of course, but I'm a very BIG fan of the cars and the racers, we don't a have a honda club here so I wanted to be member of yours, if someone there speak spanish that would be great, please answer me.

the torque for my cylinder head has to be set to 60 foot pounds.
