I was wondering if anyone knew if there were any driving schools around Nashville, TN or pretty close to it. I would really like to learn some profesional techniques and become a better driver. I am not talking drivers ED, I am interested in driving on a closed course.
any info would be beneficial

i looked into that a while back, there ussualy preaty expensive, not to mention scarce. if i were you id look into SCCA solo II(autocrossing). its a good way to learn control and skillz and it doesnt cost much to do. fairly cheap hobby if you dont mind beating up your car a little go cheack one out sometime, see what you think, ask questions, take notes, then if you like it come back the next month and particapate. good luck man

yeah, I want my next car to be SCCA ready, more track time.
you can go to a school, but usually if you're actually getting a good amount of track time in a good car, you're paying a lot of flow. for what my buddy paid to go to a school that had all open wheeled mini-indy cars, I could have bought a stripped civic, and got it all ready for SCCA.
