Before I tell you guys about a few of the kills I've had over the past week, I will tell you everything I have done to my new civic. As most of you know I used to have a '98 Civic EX. I crashed it. About two weeks ago I bought a '94 Civic DX coupe. Here is a list of everything I have done to it:
Bullfrog head work, aftermarket racing ECU, port and polished intake manifold, B&M short shifter, black valve cover, wings west front bumper lip, took out the airbox and threw a cheap autozone $20 filter on, spray painted the stock silver rims black, red/black "Powered by honda" seat belt shoulder pads, red shift boot and red e-brake boot, MOMO steering wheel, and i installed EX guages and power windows since DX dont have those. I also have a cam and throttle body sitting in my garage. I am waiting to get an exhaust and headers before I install the cam and throttle body.

And here are my kill stories:

>>About 3 days ago or so I raced a '98 Civic EX coupe with headers, exhaust, and cold air intake. We raced from a complete stop to about 110 MPH both times. The first race I beat him by like 4 car lengths or so. The second race he launched on me by about a car length, but I reeled him in and ended up beating him by like 2 car lengths.

>>A few hours later I saw a white Civic EX coupe with the body style of a 96-00. It had a full body kit, an exhaust, and I dont know what else because I never talked to the person. So I speed up and roll by them and stop at the stop light. So I look over and its a chick smiling and shaking her head, so I thought she didnt want to race, but I was wrong, she took off all fast, so I punched it and reeled her in and smoked her by like 4 or 5 cars (HAHA).

>>Then tonight I raced a '96 Accord LX with Vtec, headers, cold air intake, exhaust, aftermarket spark plug wires, and who knows if he had engine work. We raced from a stop to about 90 MPH. I beat him by about a car length.

So so far my car has made me happy! and by the pics you can see it looks stock. Especially when you open the hood, it looks totally stock except for the filter. I will probably have some more kill/get killed stories in the next few days so I will post those once I race more people!

you should get this thing dynoed after you put the cam in just to get an idea of how much power your making....im kinda curios :confused:

btw i like the super ghetto black steel wheel spray pain :D thats class! hee hee, what are those 14inch wheels? interesting...adds to the sleeper look, very cool :cool:

either a CRVtec swap with turbo, or a GSR swap with turbo...but that comes in about a year or two...id like to go all motor for a while on this motor...its made me happy so far.

today i raced a 92-95 civic dx i think. he had exhaust, and who knows what else cause that sucker was screamin. he also had a kit and rims. anyways i ran him twice at two stop lights and smoked him both times...then he asked me "that your club?" when he saw the sticker and i said naw just go to the site its pretty sick. he didnt have the internet but he gave me his number cause i told him i might be startin a team and so i could meet up with him again and check out what he had under the hood...his **** was pretty fast...but not fast enuf for my sleeper! you shoulda seen tha look on that fools face when he lost...haha
anyways jsut representin clubhonda.com the way its supposed to be...pretty soon people are gunna spread the site around here in san diego..once they get smoked by me, hehe

hahaha...nothing much jsut little touch ups...but im in the process of putting my throttle body in right now...just decided to take a quick clubhonda and drink break...my hands are all ****in torn up from those mother ****ing bolts that were on the throttle body so mother ****ing tight...**** its like a warzone under my hood...time to get back to work...ive been working on it for like 2 hours...geez.

ok i finished...i ripped the gasket so i need to go get a new one tommorow cause its making a real high pitch noise cause of the air leak...and my idle is all ****ed up...it revs between 1 and 2,000 rpm...its totally unstable.

plus i need an exhaust badly..my **** is running rich right now cause i am getting to much air flow and not enough space for the fumes to go out...i got a ported intake manifold, ported throtle body, port and polished bullfrog headwork, a filter, and an ecu.

I really think ytwithsi and dls need to run. You 2 are both talking crap so go ahead and run and report back to us. I don't doubt DLS too much My sister has a stock 95 DX it is a strong car. They are very easy to launch and get out ahead right from the start. Because of their general lack of ability to spin the tires.LOL :D Seriously it is a strong car and with the work I'm sure it's really strong.

DLS just to let you know I have run turboed EX's that could barely beat me. I say barely as in they caught me and beat me by like a car. That was with just an intake and header and bald tires.

I hope you have some steel skibbies to protect your anus from the non-consentual butt sex you'll be recieving one day from someone who owns a FAST honda.

that would be a complete waste of all the work done to this motor. and oh man i cant wait to prove to you all how fast a dx can be with its original motor...in about 2-4 months ill have gone to a 1/4 mile track when i get all my **** in...and i will post my timeslip and try to get a vid of it...

anwyays...im just using this motor up...once it goes bad im doing either a CRVtec turbo swap or a B18c1 turbo swap :D

the guy that owned it before had everything i have on it now, plus the cam, exhaust, header, and intake. he ran high 14's without nitrous, and he when he put nitrous in he ran low 14s...he even showed me the slip...

so all i need to bou to run high 14s is an exhaust, headers, and CAI. i got a hookup on the headers cause my friend went turbo, and i can get the exhaust real cheap. by the way...anyone know what i should get? 2.5" pipping or 2.25" piping?

i think you will run mid 15's with EVERYTHING on that car....a stock DX runs like mid to High 17's....

this is an old school street race car i got...the guy had everything on back in 97-99 when he used to race...he stopped in 99...i got all the good ass old school parts dawg. the cam, and all the work done to my car :D

in 3 weeks i am going to the 1/8 mile track. hopefully i will have the cam, exhaust, and header on there by then...but most likely i wont. im goin december 6th...so ill let you know how i did...whether its with extra **** on...or without anything except what i have now...we'll see how fast i can get money and **** :D

yea bro whatever...this is how i look at it...old school street racing to me is street racing before the fast and the furious came out. thats just how i look at it...im sure everyone looks at it differently :D
and the reason i use the word old school...is becuase stret racing was basically an underground thing before TFATF came out...

everyone im not to sure wat is up wit evreyone but i am runnin low 13's timed on a G-tech but i cant get the thing to stop spinnin it will spin threw 1st...2nd...and 3rd so im lookin at high 12's and this is no turbo or super it is "All motor" man i respect that ur goin so far wit a SOHC motor but im runnin a B16A and the thing fly's i want to take it to The drag strip to get some official times but if i get caught by RTA/EPA im ****ed on so i cant tkae it anywhere near there well yea im sorry to burst your bubble of your slow civics in USA but down here i finks we got the rite idea to make cars fast ........oh and by the way i aint got no light weight **** in it it is all factory :D

um wow...hehe look at my new sig foolio...and i havent taken it to tha tracks yet...i blew my headgasket a while back. i think i might just take out a loan and go b16 turbo real soon, or else just get my head gasket replaced for $250.
