kinda long story but here it goes. Now my brothers friend has a '01 GSr with crower rods, JE 11:1 comrpession titanium valve springs, retainers crower stage 3 cam. Now he spent nearly 2300 on all that stuff and got pulled by a '01 Si with I/H/E :) I thought that was funny in and of itself but early yesterdsay he went and dynoed the ride and got 155.7 Hp to the wheels on that setup. He is waiting on a fuel pump and then he can tune its with his V-afc, and the wack thing is he doesnt even have I/H/E at all completely stock. I told him should have gotten that first but oh well. I mean even with all that stuff he will bearely hit 200hp if that to the wheels. For that amount of money get a fmax turbo kit and pump out 230 to the wheels on 7psi, but he is an all motor freak so more power to him.

he he, I still remember the idiots we ran with the accord. "all-motor this, all-motor that, all-motor beat turbo anyday" then after the accord wooped them, they were like "yeah, I'm saving for turbo, I'm gonna boost 30psi" http://www.clubhonda.com/images/ubbicons/nonono.gif kids these days :D it was funny though.

The problem is he bought the wrong year gs-r. everyone knows if you a good response to all motor mods you buy a honda with the obd-1 ecu. I was running 240 to the wheels in my 95.ALL MOTOR

Boost is Goos!

maybe your right, but he hasnt finished the work yet. ITs a clean car dont get me wrong, this week he gets the AEM, DC headers and HKS hyper exhaust and s2000 fuel pump in. We'll see how it responds then.

it should perform much better. he'll finally be able to make use of all his previous mods by letting his engine breathe.

yeah, it's just in need of tuning, then it'll be pretty happy. he was saying that right now it's almost like turbo lag, it kinda bogs till the rpms get up higher then it pulls hard. we'll have to see when it get some more parts and tuning.

I agree with the last guy. As soon as your buddy opens his engine up he will free up a good amount of whp. But he should probly look into hondata and converting to obd1 and he should have a pretty serious all motor car.

had it all obdl comp and all fully built head with the full jun set up . upgraded all his fuel and even bought a new water pump . the guy he paid to build the motor fucked up his water pump and it over heated and blew up warped the damm head . he just bought a new motor he now is running a LS b18 built bottom end with 19 psi and he is running 12's if he would of listened to me the first time the money he wasted on the first motor he could of invested in the motor he is running now and might even be in the 10 sec club

Fully shaved 95 integera LS turbo

Good that this topic is brought up. I wanted to go turbo on my b16a crx but I changed my mind into going all motor. Problem is Im in Holland and I have a heavy foot. If I were to blow up my motor then that would be it. Up to now I have a full exhaust, ported heads, intake manifold and trottle body. What should be the safest and smartest mod to do next. Im know all motor will give you limited hp's but thats also what Im going for. If I can get into the 13's I would be fine. Some advice please

some nice cams with a fuel\vtec controller and some tuning should make a huge difference in tha car. Also the right computer upgrade would make a big difference... ;)
