Does this forum get any traffic? How many active sol owners are on this board?

ok now lay off the sols. I love my car. It may not be much of anything but its still fun, The car is decently quick too. Everyone has there own opinon on what cars they like and dont like. but whatever floats your boat i guess. My car is very good for me your car is good for you i guess. but dont think these cars are ****ty because mine has like 150000 miles on it and still runs good i dont have oil leaks i have good compression and although i am putting in a new Exedy Stage 2 racing clutch you have to realize that the car has that many miles on it. a clutch is going to go out in just about anything with that many miles on it. i have a cold air intake but thats just for the sound mostly i think the growl is pimp. I also just got headers and pullys for it. i just have to put them on now. which is not hard i mean **** i did the clutch job by my self. it took me about a week. mostly because i work and go to school but i still got it done and you know you have to support the engine and all sorts of ****. for having bought my car for 4700 dollars i think i made a good investment and i bet if you bought one you would fall in love with it too. but if you do buy the Vtec model i have Vtec but only the Sohc model. only like 135 HP but it gets the job done.

They may be good cars but I just think they are sissy cars! I can care less what you have done to it and how you are being a sensitive little girl about it! IMO they simply suck!

Well it seems that that registering here was a waste of time. All there is here is one sol guy and a stuck up dick head from Holland that has nothing better to do than dis other peoples cars. What ever. Hey joad's you seem like an ass but none the less CRX's are good cars. And SI_sol17 come over too automotivetech.org and check out the del sol forum.

my main problem with del sols is the weight, for the size of that car it is a little heavier then youd expect. it would have been nice to have seen a hardtop version that weighed around 1800 pounds. but still 2400 isnt bad, and the targa top is preaty sweet from a pimpness perspective <img src="http://www.clubhonda.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_cool.gif" alt="Cool" width="15" height="15"><!--graemlin::cool:--> now im a big guy so i prob wouldnt drive one just cuz their tiny ass little cars, but i still think they are cool and they deserve more respect then people give them sometimes...

I like mine alot...everyone tells me to sell it and buy a crx or buy a civic...but hell theres so many around..I just want to be different from everyone else around here...
and 2400 pounds is quite a bit but with the sliding back window and the targa top you gotta expect some extra weight...

yeah i agree my car sets me apart from alot of others. We have a very small 2 seater T-top and if no one likes it they can blow huge nuts.

everyone has their own opinion on cars...personally i love my sol...i don't give a damn how small it is, im 6'1 and have no problem gettin in her...i would also take my sol over any CRX and in my opinion crx's are kinda ugly, but hey its only MY opinion <img src="http://www.clubhonda.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_razz.gif" alt="Razz" width="15" height="15"><!--graemlin::p--> There is no reason to get pissy about it, some people just don't take the time to think about what they say before they do even know they should.

Funny, I've had 2 1st gen CR-X's, 1 91 CR-X Si, and 2 97 del Sol VTECS.
Why are del Sol's better than CR-X's?
