I was involved in an accident over winter and I am replacing my rear bumper '97 delsol. I have everything apart but I cannot remove the metal cover where my license plate is held. There are two flat, painted tabs/screws on the outside, on the inside are what look to be screws with a metal cover around them - what do i go about to getting these out?

I second that get a haynes manual, mine helped me with a problem just like that involving hidden screws, they're only like twenty bucks at barnesandnobles.com
