After I put in my new headlights the turnsignal blinks quikly to indicate a bulb is out, but they are both (front and back on right side) working. Does this meen there is a problem with the wiring.

To my knowledge... nothing can stop The Grimace

No, there they're the factory orange turnsignal bulbs.

Yeah, it prolly means that your wires are flipped. You don't have to have one of the bulbs out to make it blink fast, you just need to swap two wires. That must be the reason, very easy fix.
