Well first off I am a new memeber to the site. Yeah for me :-) on the other hand I bought a 2002 Accord Coupe. I went and bought a Greddy Exhaust System, Short Ram Intake, and Some Headers. Okay for some reason when I am shifting. It feels as though I still have air being restricted. Has anyone had this problem? and if so how was it resolved?

better yet go to a redneck state with no emmisons inspections and take off your cats! screw the enviorment :p

yeah but you live in a redneack state...wait a sec so do i! :(...damnit :mad: and we have stupid emisons laws too, grrrr, i should just move to gorgia, take off my cats and run strait pipes, and race a certin CRV on a daily basis :D...oh what fun! you guys can have radar dectors too cant you?

the only thing left for you to do is take off your cat, then again the air restriction might be in your head just cause you have done all that stuff to your car and you expected more of a difference. Try removing your cat if you want and see how that works.

i have this sinking feeling you've been led to believe that vtec is the end all be all of NA engines. has it been built up in your head that this extra valve opening on your intake side will give you a magical 40bhp boost? it doesn't. nor will it, not with all the computer support in the world. what you want is a 50shot of nitrous oxide. that will give you the "head pinnig" acceleration you're looking for. if you'd like to know more about how the vtec system works, drop me a line. people: vtec is not a miricale.(sp?) it was designed to help with fuel economy while not sacrificing performance. vtec alone will not bet FI. it supports it wonderfully, but it is no match. and yes NO is a form of FI.

now who's confused?............ :p :D
