what is F22a ?

well i've got 4 doors accord mod 91 but i have an engine F22a and i just want to know if it's like the H22a.

actually they are nothing a like. The f22a is the SOHC non vtec motor while the h22a is a DOHC v tec motor. I belive the 91 accord came with 130hp while the h22a comes with 195-200hp. They are completely different motors.

They are totally different , go for the h22 swap if you got the $. Any future plans to do a swap?

if u have a 91ex u have a f22a6 lx,dx f22a1, the ex's are 135hp and the lx,dx are 125 hp, go for the h22a swap and if u have an auto, go for h23auto tranny, the h22 is 200, so there is a major diff because of that and because the h22 is dohc vtec...good luck :) ;)

I realize this is old as hell but it's still wrong: here is the right engine specs for a 91EX F22A4 SOHC non-vtec 8.8:1CR 130hp 142lb/ft 4G 90-91 USDM EX 85b/95s
