did some of the preludes come with an automatic that can be used like a manual? if so what years, and would it hook up to an H23?

I know for sure the 97+ preludes had the auto-stick option. it's no better performance wise than a regular auto, but it lets you pick and change the gears.

i used to have one of the 98 prelude's with the sport-shift package and it sucked a$$ like crazy. the launch sucks the shifting is too long.... the list goes on. my car now has the SMG 1 and it sucked until i got some software upgrades. but the SMG 2 on the new M3's is absolutly amazing. there isn't a person in the world that can shift faster than this.

Still, for me its not only about the quick shifting, its also about control and also some fun!
