Type s Cl 2003 Vs. audi quatrro wagon

hey whats up everyone, this is a kill for my brothers car, it was raining here in ny, and i didnt want to take my prelude out, cause of the wet conditions, so as it turns out my brother lend me his Cl type s, its about like 2 weeks old, after class, i was heading home, on the highway, lucky me i brought the valintine 1, i was cruisen at 90, playing wit the 5 speed auto, and damn the car is fucking smooth as hell! as i was going home, a silver audi wagon was going out of the exit, i know they are fast!

i got next to the audi and stayed wit it, going at 80, i looked over and it was a bitch, then all of a sudden she gun's it, den i had to use auto-shift on 3 at this time she was like 2 cars ahead of me, till i fucking gased it and put it to 4th, i couldnt believe how fast this CL is!!! i looked at my speedo and i was going 120, by this time flew by her, i had her about maybe like 5 cars, den it looks like she was gaining till, i put it to 5th, 150! oh god. and when i looked on my left mirror, she was like 10 cars behind me.

i just hate it when cocky bitches riding in expensive cars, thinking they are fast.

hey everyone i was just wondering, whats the fastest you guys have gone in your car? i did 135 in my prelude on the highway.

The numbers sound a little shakey, don't any of you have REV limiters???? I guess I am from the old school...where most of the cars didn't ACTUALLY make it all the way till the end of the speedo. For example if it says 135...it don't go 135?? I went 127 in my Civic, and 136 in my GSR, but that is about the fastest yet. Some guy on TwinTurbo.net says that he went 202 on the freeway (results by a Gtech Pro) and usually those guys over there don't bullshit? All in all, that is fast as heel either way, so please, be careful out there!

i have a friend wit a rsx type s, bpu mods, catback,downpipe,intake, and a hondata stage 3 chip. holy shit. He has maxed IT OUT!!!! he buried the speedometer, at 150! and it was still going, all i gotta say is, type s is insane man.

I went 230-235 km/h in my crx on the autobahn while it was stock. It gets up to 220 easy and then slowly klimbs its way up but I was out of revs then. Fastest I have been was in a rented vette, automatic, on the way to the keys one time. I hit 166mph and then I let go of the pedal. It felt like the top was about to fly off. Scary but I did it! :D

yeah,...i've hit 118, but then the speed limiter kicks in. i need a diff gauge cluster, it only lists up to 110, and based on what Rich said in another post about how to find top speed, then i should be technically be able to able to hit roughly 170, but speed limiters, weather conditions, strength of the engine/car, would all be factors...and unfortunatly, there were exactly zero 240's mounted with the oh shit handles

Hit what I would think was 150 in the Si. Candyman was driving i was riding shotgun and Accordy2g was in the back with another buddy of ours. I think we made it from FIU in Miami to Commercial and 441 in like 11 minutes that night. Mind you the car blew up like a week later.

JRSC at the time, the NOS went in after the rebuild. The needle was past the 145mph mark, so i couldnt tell i think it might have been a hair under where the 150mph mark should have been.
