Starting to get sick of the terrible ride, there's a great groupbuy for kyb gr-2's at like $66 each... BUT i have the http://www.clubhonda.com/images/ubbicons/puke.gif cut integra springs (which ride ok) on 2000 si suspension that came with the car. do I need shocks for a 2000? How will these affect the ride (i'm confident they will improve handling)
pre-thanks for the input

good god cut springs. get a set of h&r or something with the shocks. cut springs tend to bounce all over.

ok, get some tokico illuminas (adjustability) for the 2000 si, and then get either h&r springs or sprints or something. But JUNK those cut springs with a quickness!

You can sleep in your car, but you can't race in your house.

hey guys.... how do you think the gearheads lowered a car back before they made springs for a civic, or an integra? it called modifing, not just part replacement like we are all used to. and anyway the tegs springs have a faster spring rate, so it should compensate for the missing material. cut springs are alright if you know what your doing. stiffer shocks are a must and you will get a little bottom out on real big bumps.

I have Tokico Illuminas on my ride. they are good, I have no complaints. I am looking into a spring by H&R, Nuespeed or maybe Skunk2.
Also, never will i put the "coilovers" that are only sleeves w/ springs, instead of the threaded shock body.

ATTENTION Lude Chick : What do you think of the TOkico springs you are using? I have the same on the civ, and find them a little soft.
