Camuman's buddy???

Hey Camuman, I was just over at Vortex, and this guy posted in the 1.8T forum that he ran 12.9 @108mph...Now, what made me think about your buddy in the WE Jetta (I Jett a Wolfsburg) was this.

This guys mods are:
2001 gti, upsolute ,chris green turbo back, evo cold air, Turbo-XS RFL blow off valve, Turbo -Xs manual high performance controller 23 pounds, clutch masters stg1 ,with 7 pound flkywheel,hr race springs,

Now, I know it's a GTI, but sounds fishy to me. Same mods, same Boost Controller??? And live in Coral Springs??? Hmmmm, I don't know if he has two cars, but sounds like him. Types the same too. No punctuation...etc. But he left out he has a 75shot of NX.

So if it is the same guy, that would explain why he beat you worse the second time...but I dunno. I'm just speculating. If it's not him, have you seen this guy down there?? :confused:

that wolfberg is quick, but not high 12's quick. does sounds like the same dude, but he would have to have a little shot of nitrous and slicks to touch the 12's.

naw, my buddy is straight. but his car aint a 12 sec car. id say, on a perfect launch, high 13's. his car is a step or two faster than mine. of course, i could thro in 100 octane and switchj to the race porgram... i wonder whose gti that is?
